How we use AI
Every article here is drafted with AI assistance and checked by a named person before it is published. This page explains what that means in practice.

What the tools do
AI writing tools produce the first draft of each article from a plan: the question the page answers, the points it has to cover, the formulas and published rules it may state, and the pages it should link to. The same tools help with editing passes, such as cutting repetition and varying sentence rhythm, and with checking that a draft follows the written house rules.
What the reviewer checks
Each article names the person who reviewed it at the top of the page. The review covers the arithmetic in every worked example, whether each formula matches its standard definition, whether rules attributed to the SEC or FINRA are stated as those bodies state them, and whether the page makes any claim it cannot support. A page that fails any of these goes back for rework.
The credit reads "AI-assisted, reviewed by" and then a name. It credits the review. It does not say the person wrote the article, and nobody named on the site is presented as having a trading record, a credential or a personal story.
Current reviewers: Marie Beth, Lovely Oryza, John James.
Where the numbers come from
Numbers in the articles are one of three kinds:
- formulas and definitions, such as price divided by earnings per share;
- published rules named with their source, such as the SEC's filing deadlines for Form 4 and Form 13F;
- worked examples about hypothetical companies, with round figures and every step shown so you can repeat the sum with a real company.
No article pairs a real company with figures, and none quotes market statistics, study results or success rates.
What AI is never used for
- Inventing sources, statistics, quotations, prices or company data.
- Creating author personas, biographies or personal anecdotes.
- Picking stocks, rating products or ranking providers.
- Writing alt text for photos without a person checking it against the image.
Who is accountable
Just The Market is the publisher of every page and is responsible for what it says. If you find an error, write to [email protected] with the page address. Corrections are made on the page itself and the updated date changes. The wider rules are in the editorial policy.
Nothing on the site is investment advice; see the risk disclaimer.
